*I think this sounds amazing. A new HBO show: "Hotel Palestine," a half-hour comedy about a group of wartime journalists living in a Baghdad hotel." Praise Jeebus. This better be the new M*A*S*H.

*This sounds totally amazing. Commiefest 2006. As Gridskipper says, "Say what you will about North Korea – they still know how to put on a crazymaking communist propagandagasm." That's just so totally awesome. Tourist visas to see dear leader. Wicked.

*Wow, an actual cool airline ad for Delta (via Adrants).

*Yum. Delicious new Converse ad/short. Love this line: "Luck is like having a rice dumpling fly into your mouth..."

*The final word on David Blaine's not drowning last night: "So, he's the Tom Cruise of magicians. But, hey, he's rich!"
