New Found Respect for the Man, Not His Movies
Imagine if everything was settled in the ring or the octagon. "Oh you think this site is like a Badly Written High School Paper? Thanks for the feedback, now shut up, put this helmet on and protect your satchel because I'm going to violate you in front of an audience."
I don't like your movies Uwe because I am scared of the dark, I sleep with a bicycle helmet on to protect my brains from zombies...But I have great respect for you as a person now.

Both parties can be blamed here. Uwe did pull a fast one on his critics, selling the event as a PR stunt and also promising his opponents training before their fight... which they never received.
On the other hand, none of the geeks bothered doing their own training. Boll is a large man who knows how to box, so you'd expect at least some significant pugilistic contact.
Only watched a video of the Lowtax fight and he got destroyed. "Raging Boll" my ass... it was completely one-sided.

Uwe Boll a trained boxer beat up 4 scrawny geeks up for telling him that his movies suck.
3 of them have never boxed before.
1 was 17 years old.
The one that had boxed before had never done it in a ring before only on a heavy bag.
None of the stand any chance
Everyone who fought thought it was a PR stunt untill he started beating the shit out of them.
Lowtax (from Somethingawful.com) the first fighter posted this on the subject.
