"I Totally Bombed on this Gay Exam"

I'm not against the idea of having the current education system sprinkled with a little fairy dust. Of all my gay friends now, and my sister even, I look at pictures of way back when and can see it blossoming even as preteens. It's not a choice or an infection or something you pick up in school. Though I am sure there is those just so ugly that the opposite sex wants nothing to do with them, otherwise I think you are born with it. Which I guess in some people's minds is like having a pre-purchased one way ticket to hell.

As long as this is not a mandatory course that kids have to sit through for an hour I have no problem with it. I would only be scared of a course singling out kids at an early age and that resulting in sever beatings or teasing from the thugs. I would also hate to think that little Lukey Junior gets cut from the Wrestling team because he scored more than a 0% on the gay exam therefore he must be wrestling just so he can touch other boys. What concerns me is that kids are taught to NOT accept it, thanks to psychopath mom and pop, before they even get to school so how will this change things if not make them worse.

The course would have to be a Tolerance Course that includes equal parts racial issues, cultural differences and sexual orientation. Then it could be mandatory. The goal is to teach children to accept the fact they will never be better than another human being because of their beliefs, their race or anything...unless they are my child who will be better than all the other ones or he will be replaced by one that can be.

School is for learning to think critically and for gaining information not for students to learn homosexuality is normal or even respectful. The homosexual person and the same sex-sex act is not the same. Respect and love the homosexual person but not necessary the homosexual sex act. Some people disagree to the homosexual sex act due to morals, ethics and naturalism-they should have their rights too!.

I agree with them keeping the sex part out because unless it's grouped with sexual education, in a small dose, or left out all together it's too much information. I want the course to teach children to tolerate and respect everyone regardless of what they do behind closed doors. Going into detail about the act of homosexuality will probably create more homophobes. Unless it's hot girl on girl action and in that case I hope it's "Bring Your Dad's to Class Day".
