*Stephen Harper now mentioned in same sentence as words Prime Minister. Contrast to page two of today's Metro featuring an article about Communist Party Leader Miguel Figueroa going up to SFU. The best part of the article is when student Daniel Ben-David says he would consider voting Communist because, "the NDP has gone a little soft."

*You have to just love the Coquitlam police and their super awesome "Operation HotWheels" which nabbed 10 car thieving deadbeats.

*Maybe if we stopped talking about it all the time we wouldn't let it get us down. Today is the 23rd straight day of rain. What's surprising is that we are still 5 days from the record set in 1953 at 28. Bring it on clouds!

*Tonight on Letterman: Scarlett Johansson, Imogen Heap, heaven

*Wow, I just saw the new issue of Vancouver Magazine on newstands this weekend - and they crushed thier records for getting the cover up online this time. It's already up! They must have hired an actual web person. Now if they could just have more web content it might make the website worth having at all.
