Who or What is Donovan?

It's not even on the market yet, but the Donovan - an 18-storey, 152 unit building in Yaletown - is getting some attention already. It seems classy and yet, creepy all at the same time. I'm not sure what "Warmth. Style. Comfort. Donovan." Warm, check. Style, good. Comfort, like it. Donovan, wait a sec, who the hell is Donovan?

It doesn't make any sense, does it? Unless you are a bit of a hurdy gurdy man maybe. [24 Hours]
