Quick question dear readers. Is the PNE's KC the Kettle Creek Bear the worst mascot in the city? This is like The Spirit Bears coming to life.

I think the worst mascot in the city (although not current) goes to Expo Ernie. At least I know that this is a bear. WTF was Expo Ernie?

omg that parade was SOOOO painful and it cut Playland in two so we HAD to sit there, wait, and watch it before we could get where we wanted to go. With speakers every 5 feet BLARING the looping 'it's a small world afterall'-like music we were about to go postal.

Nah. KC the Bear is a lot more enjoyable for the kids than Expo Ernie. Expo Ernie is actually a robot. But considering Expo 86 had a main focus on transportation, I always though Ernie was a space robot just by looking at his futuristic astronaut-like space suit.
